Wagin Camera Club is made up of members from the Great Southern Of WA. We travel once a month to Wagin for our meetings on the 3rd Monday of the month, February to November. Starting at 7pm at the CRC (go to 'Find Us' and there is a map). We have members who can't make all of the meetings because of Family, Work or Travel commitments, so we keep everyone in the loop with emails and the Website via the members page. |
Each month we have a Competition, there is a Topic/Subject where 2 digital photos are submited and an Open Section with 1 digital photo entered. These photos are sent via email to the Competition Director who then complies the entries together so we see them at the meeting & then they are sent to a Judge from the WAPFJA for constructive critique to help improve our images. |
Workshops, Photo Shoots & Excursions are a great way to improve your photography. Members have different levels of skills & interests, so it is great way to learn & look at different genres and subjects from other peoples perspective. We are asked to Exhibit our photos at a number of events and Members are also active in their local Communities, involved in running Photographic Sections at Agricultural Shows and other photo Comps. |
'Journeys' at the WA Martine Museum in Fremantle 2017 Wagin Camera Club as a member of the WA Photographic Federation, can enter the InterClub Competitions, of which there are a number, some are Team Comps and others are Individual Comps. |
